Upon arrival, the friendly staff immediately made us feel at ease. Our spacious room was equipped with a kitchenette, which we appreciated for late-night snacks after exploring the city. One of the highlights was the nearby Bogota Country Club, where we enjoyed a leisurely afternoon together. The area felt safe and vibrant, making it easy to discover family-friendly dining options. We also ventured to the Great Wall-Indoor Climbing Gym, providing a fun challenge for both kids and adults-a memorable bonding experience. The hotel's international breakfast buffet was delightful, offering something for everyone, including our picky eater. The staff consistently provided assistance, catering their recommendations to our family's interests. While we did encounter a small fee for early check-in, it didn't overshadow the overall experience. Richmond Suites is an excellent choice for families seeking comfort and convenience in a lively neighborhood. Highly recommended for your next family getaway!
